Verses for the Day
“Does anyone here suffer? Allow him to pray. Is anyone upbeat? Allow him to sing praises. 14 Is anyone sick among you? Let him summon the church elders and have them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And faith’s prayer will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has sinned, he will be forgiven. 16 As a result, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another in order to be healed. As it is, a righteous person’s prayer has great power.” (James 5:13-16)

Message of the Day
When we confess to one another, we smack shame in the face! Through your confession, you can gain access to freedom. It is critical to remember that when you are trusted with other people’s confessions and repentance, you must meet them with the grace of the gospel! Cover them completely and attend to what their hearts require. Jesus has made us all as white as snow. We can realign our identities with our heavenly one when we confess our sins! We can pray in any situation as we go about our daily lives. The Holy Spirit provides us with the faith we need to pray for healing, restoration, and forgiveness. We are empowered to pray in any way because of Him! So confess with your mouth: Jesus is Lord.
