My darling, it is time to start living and stop fooling ourselves that there is eternity ahead of us. Time flies, and all of a sudden, many of us are getting too old for it to make the changes we were expecting to make.

Sermon: Take Responsibility Now!

**1. The Season of Youth:**

This is the most flexible and important stage of your lives. You are strong, you are passionate, you are active, and you drive yourself while getting work done. Don’t waste it! All those people out there are waiting for someone to take charge and take responsibility; now it’s your chance.

**2. Build Strong Faith:**

The Bible reminds us in 1 John 5:4, “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.”
And so there is this scripture that says you have to nurture your faith because life will test you.
How great you have to be if your faith is big; you have to overcome whatever may come your way.

**3. Catch a Vision for Your Life:**

It is also the season when you *have vision* as to what God has in store for you in the future.
– Joel 2:28 says, “Your young men shall see visions.” Vision without muscles is futile! Start now. Pray to know the Lord’s plan for your life.

**4. Start Where You Are:**

The message is: Don’t wait for the perfect job or the right opportunity. Start with what you have.
Regardless of whether you’re selling puff-puff or washing cars, *start now*.
You cannot sit around and wait for the best episode of your life to practice that gift that has been bestowed upon you; there is always *responsibility*.

**5. Take Action Today:**

This year, let it be considered the year you stop whining, “What will I eat, Mommy?” and start taking action. Time waits for no one—your life is in a state where what you do in the present will largely determine what will happen in the future.

It is now time for all of us to fully own up and take on the roles that are necessary as we continue to develop the future. God bless you!
