The Kingdom’s Reward System by Apostle Joshua Selman – (Koinonia Abuja 2023)
What does the word “reward” mean?
To reward someone is to give them something in appreciation for their service, effort, contribution, or accomplishment.
As Christians, our love for God is the main reason why we seek God and work toward the things of The Kingdom.
It’s important to remember, though, that The Believer might be rewarded for specific achievements. The idea of God’s reward is both a divine and a human idea.
According to Scripture, God commends three main behaviors:
- Sincere effort.
God rewards all sincere efforts of any kind.
- Reliability.
- Success is a seed with a harvest associated with it. Men reward faithfulness in the same way that God does. Human creations, particularly the morality and motivation behind human actions as well as the degree of pattern compliance.
God created the Kingdom’s reward system to work based on the discovery, creation, improvement, and application of your gift.
Your worth (skill, potential, and ability) determines who is looking for you and how much you will be compensated.
The fact that people are unaffected by your absence is evidence that you have not established your value.
A mediocre’s defense is to assign blame to the spiritual realm.
You will become more and more enraged, envious, bitter, and jealous of those who are rising and secretly paying the price of growth the longer you continue to defend mediocrity.
